Why can't I buy single cans?

With the exception of special promotions, our balls are available starting from a minimum order of 3 cans, each containing 3 balls. This helps us reduce our ecological footprint while delivering at least three times the padel fun with every order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees vary between €3.95 and €6.95, based on your location and the contents of your order. Enjoy free shipping on all orders above €50.

Can I sell your products in my club/store?

Definitely! We're already collaborating with dozens of stores and clubs all over Europe. If you are interested, fill out the form and let’s talk about bringing our PINQ padel balls to your club or store.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted at your own expense. To initiate a return, please email us at play@pinqpadel.nl and we’ll guide you through the process.

When will I get my order?

We aim to hand over your package to the shipping carrier within 1 business day. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Below is a rough estimate of the shipping time by country.

  • The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
  • Belgium, Germany, France: 3-5 business days
  • Northern Europe: 4-6 business days
  • Southern Europe: 5-7 business days
  • Eastern Europe: 8+ business days

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods at our shipping carriers.

Where can I find my tracking number?

As soon as your package is picked up by our delivery partner, we’ll email you your tracking number. Sometimes our email might land in your spam folder, so be sure to check there. If you don’t see it, just reach out to us. We are happy to help.
